Payment of Fees and Student Financial Responsibility
University policy requires that registration fees be paid in full at the beginning of each term on or before the due date. Payment may be made by check, money order, or major credit card. Other payment options include payment plan (with repayment occurring during the semester), or financial aid credit. All payment options are detailed on the tuition statement that is sent to all registered students prior to the start of each semester.
Penalty
The Registrar may discontinue services, including the privilege of registration, to a person having a past due university account. The Bursar’s Office will accept payment from any person for only the amount owed the University. If the amount owed and penalty are not paid promptly, the student may be subject to legal action.
Refunds
Since the DMD Program consists of a four (4) different cohorts advancing together through required core coursework per semester, and tuition and fees are charged on a semester basis (not credit hour basis), a refund or reversal of all or a portion of tuition and fee charges, if any, will be reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis.
Withdrawal
A student who leaves school without permission from the Dean’s Office, may forfeit all rights to a refund and may receive the grade of F in all courses.
