Program Requirements
The Minor in Industrial Engineering program is meant to supplement another Bachelor's degree program. Industrial Engineering (often referred to as "System Engineers") are Systems thinkers and problem solvers. The majority of roles utilizing Industrial Engineering skills require training in one or more of the following areas: (1) statistical analysis, (2) experimental design and data analytics, (3) process improvement, (4) process innovation, (5) simulation and optimization of systems, and (6) product/system life-cycle planning.
For admission to the Minor in Industrial Engineering, students need to be in good standing of their program.
