This program offers academic flexibility; all courses required for completion are routinely offered in accelerated format (e.g., during 3-week or 8-week terms).  However, some options for the two elective courses may not be available in an accelerated format.

The minor is open to any undergraduate student at the university. Admission to the minor in Leadership and Talent Development requires a cumulative GPA of 2.25.
